BIO
Alicia Pena is an Entertainment Business graduate from Full Sail University, class of June 2026, specializing in live events, music, and experiential marketing. Originally from Colombia, she brings a global perspective and a deep appreciation for culture, community, and connection to everything she does.
With hands-on experience as Project Manager and Legal Affairs Specialist for the UNSIN Music Conference and Festival 2026 in Miami, Alicia has built a strong foundation across the full event lifecycle from sponsorship coordination and contract management to artist logistics, vendor communication, and production planning. Partners on the project include Sony Music, Symphonic Distribution, Warner Chappell Music, Delta Air Lines, and Chartmetric.
Beyond UNSIN, she has worked with Full Sail's Student Event Crew gaining experience in camera operation, event logistics, and production support. She has also volunteered at WWE NXT and the Global Peace Film Festival, and served as a Behind the Scenes tour guide at Full Sail University.
Alicia's goal is to build a career in live entertainment music festivals, touring, and artist relations where creativity, strategy, and community intersect. Her dream companies include Live Nation and WME. She is currently seeking opportunities in the US under OPT work authorization and is open to roles across Los Angeles, Miami, and beyond."
